BGC DESIGN APPROACH

In-depth Assessments
We begin by assessing the full landscape of artisan activity, from existing collections and production methods to materials, transport, cost dynamics, operational challenges, and market channels.
Design Market Ready Samples
We create product samples with market prices and cost structures firmly in mind. We then seek reactions from collaborating global buyers to gauge appeal, fit, and market potential.
Develop Training Worksops
We develop training programs focused on design, QC, efficient production methods, costing and pricing, and export business skills.  Whenever possible, TOTs prepare local institutions to maintain ongoing training.
Direct link with global buyers
Select international buyers come to the region to review collections , place sample orders, and build direct relationships with artisans and producer groups.

DESIGN DRIVES SALES

Sales generate income. Income supports communities, education, and local priorities.
